Annual Meeting
Recently dr.CAFE® COFFEE conducted a grand ceremony of The Coffee Empire – The
dr.CAFE® COFFEE Way Annual Meeting in Faisaliah Tower. The President, Support Center Managers, Store Managers, all Team Members, and dr.CAFE® COFFEE special guests attended the joyful event. They participated in the celebration and rewards for all great achievements that have been performed during the year. In addition, there was a live video conference with Store Managers and Team Members across the Kingdom as well as with some dr.CAFE® COFFEE International representatives in other countries.
dr.CAFE® COFFEE Youth
dr.CAFE® COFFEE Youth is a comprehensive recruitment program launched by dr.CAFE® COFFEE to meet the manpower requirements in our Global Expansion Plan whereby it is sourced from local, regional as well as international.
We started the
dr.CAFE® COFFEE Youth program in the first quarter of 2006 and continued along the year 2007. It received a lot of positive responses from every part of the Kingdom as well global. Our recruitment specialists and advisors hired motivated and talented young candidates to suit all positions from store operations to corporate specialty division.
We are proud of this great achievement and it gave us valuable inspiration to take more aggressive efforts and innovative way of hiring, which is the
dr.CAFE® COFFEE Youth 2 Program in 2008.
